Karen Thomas is a registered nurse,
animal communicator, intuitive healer, and best

a 30 year nursing career with energy work and
holistic methods to help homeless dogs with
medical needs. As the founder of Payton’s
Promise, a nonprofit organization that provides
sanctuary for dogs nearing end of life, or who
have special needs, she has found her true
passion and life calling.
